About Us

Mark Glick, founder and owner of MG Roof Construction, has always been a hard worker.  Working diligently for his family, whether in his father’s business when young or for his wife, children and himself today, construction has always been the center of his work life. Caring for and serving others with excellence including every customer and every project is at his core.

Born and raised on a dairy farm, the value of a productive and full day was routinely taught. As a young teenager Mark helped his father build and assemble sheds and swing sets for the shop he owned and operated. By age 16, Mark began working for a local pallet constructing business, then new responsibilities were given to him while working for a local construction company at age 18 building student housing.   Quickly promoted to crew supervisor, his gifts and work ethic were noticed and rewarded.

Still eager to grow in knowledge and technique and still working full time for the construction company, Mark decided to begin a side business starting with building spec houses.  He was only 21 at this time but already had achieved experience well beyond his years and was dedicated to the construction industry.

It was 2005 when Mark moved his side business to a full-time venture and aptly renamed it MG Roof Construction.  Residential and commercial roofing became the main focus, and the business has branched into seamless gutter systems as well. Perfect workmanship from himself and his employees is the standard, and MG Roof Construction delivers!

Always learning and striving to be his very best, Mark has become an expert in the specific fields of rubber roofing and copper craft roofing.  It comes naturally to him to ask questions of experienced people, seek to work alongside them, do essential research, and then take the leap of faith necessary for any person to earn success.

If you ask about his favorite things, of course family and friends will top the list.  A close second is interaction with customers, because they become friends and are like family as well.  Mark’s passion is to see a completed job done skillfully well, and a customer who is overjoyed with the result.
